The pile fabric made from polyester dyeable yarns, has good protrusion strength of pile yarn, anti-abrasion property, compression elasticity and appearance. Thus, polyester multifilaments are over- fed by 10-15% through a nozzle with compressed air blown by 7-10 kg/cm2 to intertwine them. Then the intertwined multifilaments are under-fed by 6-10% and wound to give the finished yarn. The finished yarn was pre-set at 100≦̸C for 10-60 min and was re-wound to give dyeable polyester finished yarns.
