PURPOSE:To obtain the title resin composition excellent in heat resistance, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, mechanical properties and moldability, comprising a specified copolymer and a specified copolymer composition. CONSTITUTION:This resin composition is formed from 1-95wt.% component I and 99-5wt.% component II. [I]: A copolymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer A such as a maleimide monomer A-1 or an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer A-2 with a monomer B such as an aromatic vinyl monomer B-1, an unsaturated nitrile monomer B-2 or an unsaturated carboxylic ester monomer B-3 and a monomer C copolymerizable therewith in the presence or absence of a thermoplastic resin and/or a rubbery polymer (hereinafter referred to as X) and having a composition (except component X) represented by the formulas I and II. [II]: A copolymer composition which comprises a copolymer obtained by polymerizing B-1, B-3 and monomer D copolymerizable therewith in the presence or absence of component X and having an average composition (except component X) of formula III and IV.
