PURPOSE:To shorten the period of construction as well as to simplify the process of foundation work by a method in which concrete blocks are laid on the bottom slab, soil-leveling banking is applied, and the banking is covered with thin synthetic resin pieces, and anchor bolts inserted. CONSTITUTION:An outer foundation bottom slab 1, an uprising portion 2, a temporary frame 3, and concrete blocks 4 are set on the outside of the periphery of the uprising portion 3 and on both sides of the inside of the portion 3. The soil in the foundation is moved to form a soil-leveling banking 7, and the banking 7 is covered with thin synthetic resin pieces 6. Anchor bolts 5 are embedded in the concrete of the uprising portion 2 and concrete floor 8 is constructed over the whole surface. Moisture can thus be completely shut off by the pieces 6.
