PURPOSE:To improve durability and reliability at a burring worked part by a method wherein one-side plate or the other-side plate or a reinforcing plate is provided with a concave air passage passing through burring worked adjacent holes. CONSTITUTION:A plate-like connected part 54 brazed to a plate-like connection part 34 of an upper plate 3 between the adjoining burring parts 51 is formed with a concave air passage 55 over the adjacent burring part 51. The bell mouth part 32 of an upper plate 3 and the bell mouth part 52 of a reinforcing plate 5 have air entered therein when assembled. The air is pushed into the nearest air passage 55 by a solder 30 when the solder 30 enters the bell mouth parts 32 and 52. Then, the pushed air 56 is collected within the air passage 55, the air is diminished from the burring part 31 of the upper plate 3 and the burring part 51 of the reinforcing plate 5 and then an effect of reinforcing plate 5 can be realized to the maximum degree.
