<p>PURPOSE:To enable the manufacturing of a conductive or superconductive thin film by adding an organic solvent in powder of composite oxide which is composed to indicate conductivity or superconductivity and blending them to form paste and performing screen printing of the paste on a substrate and drying and sintering the paste. CONSTITUTION:An organic solvent is added in powder of composite oxide which is composed to indicate conductivity or superconductivity and they are blended to form paste, and screen printing of the paste is performed on a substrate, and the paste is dried and sintered. The powder of the composite oxide which is composed to indicate conductivity or superconductivity is possessed of the composition of (La1-xMx)yCuO4-delta, for example, where M is alkaline earth metal or its mixture, x is 0 or 1, y is 1.5 to 2.5, and 4-delta is the value of O atoms which balance the valence of metallic ingredients, and delta is 0 to 1. Hence, even if film formation is performed by a screen printing and sintering method, superconductivity can be preserved, so that a conductive or superconductive thin film can be manufactured.</p> |
