PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of a power source voltage and a resistance by supplying a control voltage to one side base of a first emitter linked transistor pair, adding it to the collector current of one of the transistors and subtracting it from the collector current of the other transistor. CONSTITUTION:The bases of transistors Q2 and Q5 are connected to the emitter of a transistor Q9 and the base of a transistor Q6 is connected to the collector of a transistor Q1. A control voltage Vc pressures partially a power source voltage Vcc with a variable resistance VR and is impressed through a resistance R1 to the base of the transistor Q1. The common emitter of transistors Q5 and Q6 is connected to a current source IE. Consequently, to first and second emitter linking transistor pair, a partial pressure voltage VB is impressed to the base of both transistors Q2 and Q5 and the control voltage Vc is impressed to the base of both transistors Q1 and Q6.
