PURPOSE:To disable closing of a cover and operation of a juicer and prevent a device from damaging when a holding tool is incompletely mounted, by providing a special fixture on a fruit holding tool of the juicer. CONSTITUTION:A pin 16 is provided in a fruit holding tool 6 of a juicer and one end of a fixture 20 is rotatably pivoted thereon. A spring 12 is provided for urging the other end of the fixture 20 to jump up. A screw 15 for screwing in an arm 5 is provided at the other end of the fixture 20. When the screw is incompletely engaged with the arm 5, the fixture 20 jumps up by rebounding force of the spring 21. Thereby a cover of the juicer cannot be closed and the juicer cannot be operated.
