PURPOSE:To reduce color stains of a processed color photosensitive material in rapid processing by using a silver halide color photosensitive material containing an acid-treated gelatin in an amount of >=25wt.% of the total amount of gelatin to be used for coating and regulating the sum of times required for silver removal, rinse, and stabilizing processes to <=3min. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide color photosensitive material contains the coupler which is to react with the oxidized product of an aromatic primary amine color developing agent and to form a dye, and the acid-treated gelatin in an amount of >=25wt.%, preferably, >=50wt.% of the total gelatin to be used for coating. Said photosensitive material is color developed and desilvered, and then, rinsed and/or stabilized by regulating the sum of times required for silver removal, rinse, and stabilizing processes to <=3min, thus permitting color stains of the photosensitive material after processing to be remarkably reduced in rapid processing. |
