PURPOSE:To simply and economically reuse a biosensor, by forming an analogue substance-antibody (enzyme) composite to the surface of a transducer. CONSTITUTION:A substance (analogue substance) 5 having a structure similar to that of a substance to be detected is immobilized on the surface of a transducer 4. An antibody or enzyme 6 having more compatibility with the substance to be detected as compared with the analogue substance 5 is weakly bonded to the analogue substance 5 to form an analogue substance - antibody (enzyme) composite. Subsequently, a liquid to be examined is dripped to cut the bonding of the analogue substance - antibody (enzyme) composite to bond the antibody (enzyme) 6 to an antigen. Thereafter, the analogue substance - antibody (enzyme) composite is again formed in the same manner. As a result, the sensor can be economically and repeatedly regenerated and used. |
