CONSTITUTION:A bit of control information is inputted from a display control instruction input device 510 and transmitted from a display control instruction device adapter 340 to a picture display selection control part 350 through a display control instruction input control part 520 and the picture display selection control part 350 obtains the information of document and picture number based on the information such as the position of the instruction marker on the display device of a marker control part 352 and the state of a mouse button, etc. Based on the information of the document and picture number, the instruction of 'turn the page of above-mentioned picture number' is outputted from the picture display selection control part 350 to a high speed buffer memory information storage part 380, a high speed buffer memory 381, an image process part 320 and a displayed picture number storage part 390. Specified document and picture data is displayed on a picture display device 400 by a picture display position control part 351 based on the information of the displayed picture number storage part 390. Thus, the convenience in use is improved.
