<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the liquid return which is generated immediately after the high load start and speedily increase the capacity of a compressor to the max. by installing a restricting means for the opening degree onto an expansion means, in a cooling device equipped with a variable capacity type compressor. CONSTITUTION:A cooling device is constituted of a compressor 1, condenser 2, liquid receiving device 3, expansion valve body 4 evaporator 5, and a temperature sensing cylinder 49 which are installed continuously in succession. A temperature type automatic expansion valve, namely an expansion means is constituted from the expansion valve body 4 and the temperature sensing cylinder 49. Further, the compressor 1 is driven by an engine 9 through a belt 11. In this case, inside the temperature sensing cylinder 49, the coolant in gas-liquid mixed phase is introduced, and the pressure of the coolant is varied according to the temperature variation at the outlet of the evaporator 5. The pressure of the temperature sensing cylinder 49 is introduced into the expansion valve body 4 through a capillary tube 51, and a spherical valve 54 is pulled down through a rod 52 by a bellows 50.</p> |
