PURPOSE:To permit operations to be performed simply and smoothly by providing an automatic mode switcher to switch modes only when a control is set to stop the bucket and also to vertically move the boom. CONSTITUTION:Control is made by switching a manual mode for scooping and dumping action of bucket 13 and an automatic mode. A control 26 is set to stop the bucket 13 and also to vertically move boom 10. A mode switcher 78 to switch to the automatic mode to the automatic side of the manual automatic switch 77 only in such a condition is provided. The bucket 13 can thus be switched to dumping or scooping action immediately by operation of only the control.
