PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having high fluidity and excellent moldability, heat-resistance, etc., by compounding a specific amount of glass fiber to a polycarbonate composed of two specific kinds of recurring units and having pentahalogenophenoxy group at the terminal. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) 100pts.wt. of a polycarbonate composed of a recurring unit of formula I and a recurring unit of formula II, having pentahalogenophenoxy group bonded to the chain terminal and having a viscosity-average molecular weight of >=5,000 with (B) 1-100pts., preferably 5-50pts. of glass fiber having a length of 1-8mm and diameter of <=20mum and preferably surface-treated with a silane-coupling agent. The molar fraction (m) of the recurring unit of formula I and the molar fraction (n) of the recurring unit of formula II are selected to satisfy the formula m/(m+n)=0.005-0.2.
