NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I [R<1> is (substituted)amino; R<2> is H, lower alkyl or aryl; R<3> is H, NO2, (substituted)amino, OH or lower alkoxy; A is lower alkylene; Q is H or halogen; dotted line is arbitrary additional bond]. EXAMPLE:4-[4-(3-Indolyl)piperidinomethyl]-2-propionylaminothiazole. USE:Useful as an anti-allergic agent for the remedy and prevention of allergic diseases of human and animal. PREPARATION:The compound of formula I or its salt can be produced e.g. by reacting a compound of formula II or its salt with a compound of formula III (X is eliminable group) or its salt in a conventional solvent optionally in the presence of a base.
