PURPOSE:To enable efficient loading of photographic film by engaging integrally both ends of a light shielding member isolating photographic film from light. CONSTITUTION:Plural numbers of sheet film are housed in a flexible bag-shaped light shielding member 32 for packed photographic film 30, and at least both ends 36a, 36b in the direction of pulling out the film are sealed tightly, and the both ends 36a, 36b are folded back on each other on a same face, and engaged integrally by means of a fixing means, for example, a sealing member 38. The packed photographic film body 30 is fitted to a mounting bed 44 which is freely pulled out against a main body 40 of a device. Then, after cutting off an end edge part of the packed photographic film body 30, one of the cut end is pulled to the outside. The mounting bed 44 is housed in the main body 40 of the device, and said cut end part exposed from the device is pulled toward outside. Thus, the packed photographic film body 30 is pulled out of the main body 40 of the device, loading thus the sheet film in the main body 40. By this method, loading operation of a packed photographic film body is performed efficiently. |
