PURPOSE:To drive a step cam in its correct posture and to improve a device in its accuracy by giving no slantwise force to the step cam from a step cam driving belt. CONSTITUTION:The step cam 15 and its integrated step cam pulley 15a and also a spindle pulley 10 are positioned on the bottom side of a frame 6. Consequently, a spindle shaft 1 fixed with a spindle hub 2 penetrates through the bottom side of the frame 6, and when the bottom surface of the frame 6 is under its upward positioning state, the step cam 15 and spindle pulley 10 can be fitted on the bottom side of the frame 6 as they are. By this method, the step cam will never be inclined, thus improving the device in accuracy.
