PURPOSE:To obtain melt useful as coating compound, concrete, adhesive and building material preventing deterioration such as change of color, maintaining a novel state for a long time, by adding minerals of rare earth element or a mineral ore to melt. CONSTITUTION:Melt such as coating compound, concrete and adhesive is blended with minerals of rare earth element or a mineral ore (e.g. 5.90% radium oxide, 1.29% thorium oxide, 41.39% niobium oxide, 3.83% tungsten oxide, 38.29% yttrium oxide, 0.43% cerium oxide, 1.64% silicate, 1.04% iron oxide, 0.55% aluminum oxide, 0.19% titanium oxide, 0.17% calcium oxide and 0.10% manganese oxide) to give the aimed melt.
