PURPOSE:To obtain a monostable multivibrator which uses the leading edge of a power supply voltage as a trigger signal by providing a switch circuit which is controlled synchronously with an input trigger signal to a current mirror circuit which converts the input trigger signal into a current. CONSTITUTION:A current mirror circuit consisting of transistors TR6 and 7 is connected between power supplies 2 and 3 to convert the input trigger signal into a current. At the same time, a switch circuit consisting of TR24-28 and a TR31 is provided to said current mirror circuit. This switch circuit is controlled synchronously with the input trigger signal. In such a constitution, a monostable multivibrator is obtained which uses the leading edge of the power supply voltage when said voltage is shifted to an ON state from an OFF state as a trigger signal. |
