PURPOSE:To obtain a directly combustible low-cost carbonaceous solid water slurry composition having excellent fluidity, improved stability and high concentration, comprising carbonaceous solid powder, a mixture of specific three dispersants and water as main components. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition comprising (A) carbonaceous solid powder such as coal, oil coke or petroleum pitch, (B) a dispersant consisting of an aliphatic aldehyde addition condensate of (alkyl)naphthalene or creosote oil or an aliphatic aldehyde condensate (salt) of sulfonic group-containing aminotriazine, (C) a dispersant consisting of an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid polymer (salt), (D) a dispersant consisting of a polyether compound obtained by adding an alkylene oxide to a formalin condensate of an alkylphenol and (E) water as main components.
