PURPOSE:To freely displace the head position in any direction by providing piezoelectric elements which are connected to the right and the left of the head with elastic materials between them and are arranged in series and bisymmetrically. CONSTITUTION:Layer-built piezoelectric elements 3 and 4 are connected to the right and the left of a head 1 with elastic materials 2 between them by connection members 5 and 5' and are arranged in series and bisymmetrically. By this structure, parts of layer-built piezoelectric elements 3 and 4 are simultaneously expanded or contracted or one of them is expanded and the other is contracted by changing control voltages applied to layer-built piezoelectric elements 3 and 4 to displace the head 1 in any direction, and not only the control of tracking but also correction of the variance of the time base of a signal accompanied with the variance of rotation of a drum is performed simultaneously and momently.
