PURPOSE:To attain telephone communication even from a heaving speaking handicapped person by providing a means displaying a calling signal sent from an opposite party and a means by converting a prescribed operation signal into a voice signal and sending the opposite party. CONSTITUTION:The calling signal from the opposite party is fetched in an analyzing means 2 via an input means 1. When the analyzing means 2 decides that the fetched signal is a calling signal, a character code generating means 3 is used to generate a character code and the calling contents of the opposite party is displayed. On the other hand, in sending a voice to the opposite party, the keyboard of the input means 1 is operated to generated the operating signal corresponding to the calling contents. The operating signal is recognized by the analyzing means 2 and sent to the character code generating means 3. The character code generating means 3 codes the fetched signal and sends the voice signal to the communication line via the voice converting means 6 and the voice output means 7. |
