PURPOSE:To automatically feed specific originals and the other originals by saving specific originals in a paper refeeding means and interrupting the other originals to feed saved specific originals. CONSTITUTION:An automatic document feeding unit with reversing function (ADFR) 200 is placed on a copying machine, and the ADFR 200 consists of a paper feeding part 205, a carrying part 206, and a reversing part 221. Originals on an original tray 207 of the ADFR 200 are successively fed onto a platen glass 16 in accordance with the input of a paper feed command key. If the save mode is set, specific originals are saved in the reversing part 221 as the paper refeeding means after the end of exposure scanning, and the other originals are interrupted to feed these saved originals at intervals of a prescribed number of the other originals. Thus, the control to copy specific originals interruptedly at intervals of a prescribed number of the other originals or the control to continuously synthesize and copy specific originals and the other originals is executed with an easy operation. |
