PURPOSE:To make it possible to generate reference deceleration according to load capacity by reducing change in the reference deceleration to be detected when compressed air from a brake valve is below a predetermined value, while enlarging the change when it is more than and equal to the predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:A pipeline 3 in connection to the output port of a brake valve 1 is connected to a rear wheel brake through a pressure regulating valve device 4 and the like. The pressure regulating valve device 4 is provided with input/ output chambers 18, 19 which are partitioned by means of a stepped piston 16, and control chamber 17 capable of being intercommunicated with the pipeline 3 through an electromagnetic switching valve 7, and further the valve 7 is changed over in B position via a G switch 11 which is closed when a deceleration detector 6 detects a reference speed. In this way, the deceleration detector 6 is provided with a second piston 71 fitted into the inner hold 40a of a main body 40, and a first piston 42 fitted into the through hole 71a of the second piston 71, wherein the second piston 71 is designed to be pressed by the use of a spring 74 against a pressure from the brake valve 1.
