PURPOSE:To easily execute the estimation of performance or the like by providing the titled system with a means for outputting inner processing logic based upon the optimization of a data base operation command. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with an inner processing logic information collecting means 19 for collecting information relating to processing logic selected by cost evaluation in optimizing processing and an inner processing logic information output means 20 for outputting information relating to inner processing collected by the means 19. The information relating to the processing logic selected by an optimizing processing logic selecting part 18 is collected by the means 19 and edited as a prescribed output format. After the edition, the means 20 is started to output its inner processing logic information to an output device such as a printer 26 and a display 27 or an external storage device. Consequently, the estimation of performance or the like can be easily executed.
