PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture a tubular polyolefin-based resin film, which expresses longitudinal strength and lateral strength well balanced with each other, by a structure wherein fixed stabilizers are provided between an annular die and an expansion starting point and a stabilizer, which contacts a tubular resin body at the expansion starting point and at the same time floats and automatically moves up and down in response to the rise and fall of the expansion starting point by being guided by a support rod, is arranged. CONSTITUTION:A hollow support rod 3 is disposed in upright coaxially with an annular die 1 connected to an extruder. A first mandrel 4 acting as a fixed stabilizer is mounted on said support rod. A second mandrel 9 acting as a fixed stabilizer is provided between the expansion starting point of a tubular resin body 8 and the first mandrel 4. A floating stabilizer 10, which locates at the expansion starting point 12, is singly mounted on the support rod. Since said floating stabilizer must be movable up and down along the support rod during film-making, the floating stabilizer does not fix to the support rod. The shape of the floating stabilizer must have a tapered side surface, which diverges upwards. Said floating stabilizer 10 contacts the tubular resin body and at the same time is supported by the supporting force given by the tubular resin body. |
