发明名称 COMBUSTION SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING INDUSTRIAL WASTE MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a toxic gas from being discharged by a method wherein a first combustion chamber having an ignited material feeding port and an air feeding port at a furnace ceiling, a second combustion chamber overlapped over the first combustion chamber and having an air supplying port at the furnace ceiling and a dust collecting chamber guiding combustion discharged gas into a chimney to collect powder dust are provided. CONSTITUTION:For example, when chips of fiber reinforced plastic FRP are to be ignited, they are fed into a first combustion chamber 7 up to a height of a bottom part of a second combustion chamber 8, only an air supplying port 61 is released and then an ignition is made. As the combustion is advanced, air supplying ports 62 and 63 are released to open in sequence. As the combustion is excessively performed, a wave-like air flow is generated within the combustion chamber 7 and the chips are gradually ignited from its upper surface layer to its core part. Under this condition, an air supplying port 64 of the combustion chamber 8 is released and the combustible gas which is not completely ignited within the combustion chamber 7 is ignited substantially completely within the combustion chamber 8. The combustion gas from the combustion chamber 8 may accept an action of cyclone and then a slight non-ignited material contained in it is collected and then accumulated at the bottom part of the dust collecting chamber 9. The waste gas after dust collection has no bad odor and soot at all.
