PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a system, and to miniaturize an equipment by providing a power source output terminal for supplying a DC power source to a microphone, and containing a circuit for interrupting a power source supply output from the power source output terminal, when the system or an integrated circuit goes to a stand-by state. CONSTITUTION:A power source output terminal 3 for supplying a DC power source to a microphone device 21 is provided, and a power source output circuit 16 for setting a power source supply output from the power source output terminal 3, to an OFF state, when a system or an integrated circuit 1 has stopped an operation is incorporated. In such a way, the power source terminal 22 of the microphone 21 can be connected directly to the power source output terminal 3 of the integrated circuit 1, it becomes unnecessary at all to provide external components or an external circuit for an ON/OFF control of a power source supply to the microphone, and the cost of the system can be reduced and the device constitution can be miniaturized. |
