PURPOSE:To remove the necessity of a current collecting mechanism in an inspection line and safely perform the performance test of an electronic equipment without the danger of an electric shock by providing secondary batteries in a pallet body and conducting the performance test by supplying the electronic equipment with the output voltage of the batteries. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of secondary batteries 12 are arranged in a pallet body 11 and a maximum DC voltage necessary to operate an electronic equipment can be obtained from the batteries 12. A plurality of output voltage terminals 13 for supplying the electronic equipment with the output voltage of the secondary batteries 12 are arranged on the upper surface of the pallet body 11. The minus sides of the output voltage terminals 13 with respect to the secondary batteries are made common and the plus sides of the terminals 13 are connected to each battery and several DC voltage values can be taken out in accordance with the working voltages of the electronic equipments. On the other hand, charging contacts 14 for charging the secondary batteries 12 are provided on the bottom surface of the pallet body 11. An AC voltage supplied to the charging contacts 14 is converted to a DC voltage by an AC/DC converter 15 to be supplied to the secondary batteries 12.
