PURPOSE:To mechanically prevent oxidation of a large amount of dried small sardines in high oxidation preventing effect without destroying natural vitamin E, by immersing a raw material in an aqueous solution containing natural vitamin E, removing the solution and drying by radiation or hot air. CONSTITUTION:A raw material boiled and then dried is immersed in an aqueous solution containing natural vitamin E once, immediately pulled up, removed from the solution and forcedly dried by radiation and/or hot air to prevent oxidation of dried small sardines. |
