PURPOSE:To obtain a circuit suitable for circuit integration by providing a 1st switch sharing the input data into a 1st output and a 2nd output for each sample and a code selector of one or over of signals comprising switches receiving an input signal and an output signal of a multiplier whose multiple factor is -1 and selecting either of them and comprising the said multiplier whose multiple factor is -1. CONSTITUTION:A signal inputted from an input terminal 1 is selected for each sample by a switch 2. When the input signal is a pass band signal subject to orthogonal amplitude modulation, the signal selected by a switch 1 is multiplied with -1 at each sample and the result is converted into the base band of the orthogonal amplitude modulation signal. On of the two converted signals is subject to filtering by the odd number order of definite impulse response type filter 8 and the other signal is subject to filtering by an even order number of definite impulse response type filter 7 and the result is outputted from output terminals 11 and 13.
