PURPOSE:To enable an automobile to perform its running preventing an internal combustion engine from repeating its acceleration and deceleration, by performing a constant speed running control by controlling a fuel injection quantity when a throttle opening is placed in the vicinity of a degree of 0 during fixed speed running. CONSTITUTION:A processor 11 is constituted of an input interface 21, processing circuit 22, driving circuit 23 and an input/output circuit 24. While the second processor 12 is provided for controlling a fuel injection quantity of a fuel injection valve 9. The processor 12 is constituted of an input interface 25, processing circuit 26, driving circuit 27 and an input/output circuit 28. The processing circuit 22, which controls an actuator 4 through the driving circuit 23 being based on data from the input interface 21, regulates a flow amount of intake air to an internal combustion engine 1, performing a fixed speed running control.
