A mobile telecommunication device and a method for changing a parameter using the same are provided to prevent the situation when the setting value can not be changed. In case the set value is changed, the XML document in which the new setup information is included is delivered to the RSS feed mode to the terminal(S3). In order to convert into data using delivered XML in the terminal of form, the RSS reader application within controller does with the parsing(S4). The parsed set value is applied to the new set value of the terminal(S5).
