PURPOSE:To eliminate deformation of a spacer to be generated at the time of joining and to decrease the fluctuation in oscillation characteristic by projecting laser light, etc., on the spacer from the side opposite from the joint surfaces of a load arm and the spacer. CONSTITUTION:The load arm 1 and the spacer 3 are brought into tight contact with each other by means of jigs 8 and the surface of the spacer 3 opposite from the joint surface is heated and melted by the laser light 9, etc., by which the same stresses are generated on both faces of the spacer 3 and the deformation of the spacer is eliminated. The fluctuation in the oscillation characteristic by the fluctuation at the time of the joining is thereby decreased without impairing the condition of the load arm alone. |
