PURPOSE:To reduce the size of an air conditioner and the cost of an equipment by conducting a humidity control by removing a latent heat load by a dehumidifier different from the air conditioner without conducting a temperature control and the humidity control by the air conditioner. CONSTITUTION:When an automobile A is tested under a condition wherein humidity and temperature are relatively high, cold water from a storage tank 12 is heated by a heater 16. At this time, when the temperature of warm water supplied to an air conditioner is too high, the opening of a three-way valve 24 is contracted, the cold water from the storage tank 12 and the warm water from a by-path 23 are mixed, adjusted with temperature by the heater 16 and supplied to the air conditioner. Conversely, when the temperature of the warm water fed to the air conditioner is too low, the opening of the three-way valve is increased and the temperature is adjusted. On the other hand, the humidity of air in a test room is adjusted by a dehumidifier 29 and a humidifier 8. Thus, in the above-described equipment, latent heat in circulating air is removed by the dehumidifier and the air conditioner only removes sensible heat in the circulating air. Therefore, the air conditioner may be of small size and a cost can be reduced.
