PURPOSE:To widen the range of the present temperature by changing the duty based on the control signal from a time division control circuit and controlling the rotating speed of a constant-speed motor. CONSTITUTION:A comparator 69 compares the measured signal of the fluid temperature with the preset signal and outputs a control signal to a direction judging circuit 71. The comparator 69 outputs a control signal proportional to the temperature difference between the preset signal and the measured signal to a time division control circuit 72. The time division control circuit 72 automatically changes the duty based on the size of the control signal from the comparator 69 and controls the rotating speed of a motor 31 by time division. A driver 73 outputs a control signal to the motor 31 based on the direction control signal from the direction judging circuit 71 and the speed control signal from the time division control circuit 72.
