摘要 Electroacoustic methods for hit-position measurement are known which are based on measuring an acoustic sonic shockwave and are therefore limited to measuring the hit positions of supersonic projectiles, mortar shells and missiles. In order to create a device for measuring the hit positions of projectiles and the like flying both at supersonic speed and at subsonic speed, the measurement of the hit positions is proposed on a specified, stationary or moving target surface by means of electrooptic image-row sensors having upstream-connected imaging optics which are arranged outside the target surface, in conjunction with an electronic computation device which determines the hit location from the signals from the electrooptic transducers. <IMAGE>
