PURPOSE:To optimize attaching quantity of mold releasing agent and to stabilize casting operation by pushing solid mold releasing agent on surface of casting drum, applying it while vibrating toward drum shaft direction and controlling pushing pressure in accordance with number of rotation of the drum. CONSTITUTION:The metal sheet is cast by one pair of the paralleled casting drums 101 and the side drums 102. Then, cylinders 1 are assembled in a frame 2 installed on the same fundation as the fundation installing the casting drum 101 and the solid mold releasing agent 3 is pushed on the surface of the casting drum 101 toward P direction by this cylinders 1. Further, this solid mold releasing agent 3 is uniformly applied while vibrating by a vibration device 4 (for example, cylinder) toward the drum shaft direction V of the casting drum 101. And, the number of rotation of the casting drum 101 is detected by a rotating meter 5 and pressure of the cylinder 1 is controlled in accordance with the number of the rotation. By this method the applying quantity of the solid mold releasing agent 3 can be optimized and casting operation of the metal sheet is stabilized. |
