PURPOSE:To prevent active ingredients from discharging, blood, etc., from sticking to surfaces and suppress change in color tone and deterioration of quality, by wrapping edible meat in vegetable or chemical fibers and removing water through a semipermeable membrane. CONSTITUTION:Edible meat, such as particularly beef or liver, containing blood and humor is wrapped in vegetable fibers (preferably Japanese paper) and/or chemical fibers (e.g. rayon paper), then a semipermeable membrane (e.g. vinylon film) and dipped in a high-osmotic pressure solution to remove water to prefer ably 2-10%.
