PURPOSE:To efficiently operate a maintenance operating work by registering and transmitting the execution command of an electronic exchange, receiving and accumulating a command answer message and adopting clock management for controlling the start of command transmission. CONSTITUTION:Inputted data is stored in a command registration file 4. A registration command stored in a station unit is transmitted to the electronic exchange 8 via a MODEM 24 and a MODEM 11 if the date, day and time of the management clock 7 agree with registered data, day and time. A mainte nance operation center 1 receives the command answer message from the elec tronic exchange 8 via the MODEM 24 and the MODEM 11, and it is accumulat ed and filed. The transmission is started once by a start mode and controlled by the designation condition of day unit, week unit and month unit.
