<p>PURPOSE:To enhance durability and as well reduce permeability by forming a diaphram for a hydraulic accumulator of a hydraulic machine or the like with a complex of an elastic member and a metallic thin film. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 4 installed in an accumulator main body is composed of a complex of an elastic member 9 and a metallic thin film 10. Owing to the above arrangement, the permeability of the diaphragm 4 is reduced, and thereby by pressure failure in a gas chamber 2 can be prevented. In addition, the bending fatigue strength of the diaphragm 4 is increased, and thereby durability is enhanced.</p> |
