摘要 PURPOSE:To surely arrange plural stripe magnetic domain of S=0 at a prescribed position, by providing a barrier means which blocks a perpendicular Bloch line, generating a state where the movement of the line is blocked, and extending of the stripe magnetic domain. CONSTITUTION:The movement of the perpendicular Bloch line is blocked by the barrier means 4 in the state where an in-plane magnetic field Hip is impressed by second magnetic field generating means, and in such state, the intensity of a vertical magnetic field HB crossing orthogonally to a film plane impressed on a perpendicular magnetic aelotropic film 1 is adjusted. In such a way, the stripe magnetic domains SD1-SD5 are formed extensively by setting magnetic bubbles B1-B5 along an extending direction so as to interpose stripe magnetic domain fixing means 21-24 and extending the magnetic bubbles. Afterwards, the adjacent magnetic walls of those magnetic domains are unified with first and second chopping means 5 and 6, and new magnetic domains are formed, and the magnetic domains of S=0 are generated in the neighborhood of the magnetic domain fixing means 21-24.
