<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a submerged pump with which a discharge quantity of the pump is reduced without losing a weight balance, vibration during pump operation is suppressed, and high pump efficiency is secured. <P>SOLUTION: The submerged pump includes: a cylindrical casing 50 having an intake 54 formed at the center and a discharge port 55 formed on a sidewall and also having a flow path 51a with its radial depth gradually increasing along an inner peripheral wall; an impeller 60 rotatably and coaxially disposed in the casing 50; and a motor 20 for turning the impeller 60. A width H in an axial direction of the flow path 51a of the casing 50 is smaller than a flow path width H on the impeller 60 side and formed to be equal in the vicinity of the discharge port 55. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
