PURPOSE:To analyze glucose oxidase glucose oxidase in high sensitivity, by using luminol, making luminol luminous, measuring luminescence amount and accumulating the amount. CONSTITUTION:(A) 0.3ml of 0.01mol./l acetic acid buffer solution containing <=1mol./l glucose is prepared and blended with (B) 0.1ml of 0.01mol./l acetic acid buffer solution, 0.1ml of 0.01mol./l acetic acid buffer solution containing 0.05mol./l glucose oxidase and 0.1ml of 0.01mol./l acetic acid buffer solution containing 0.5mol./l glucose oxidase and (C) the blend is kept at 37 deg.C for 2hr. (D) 0.1ml of the blend is sampled, (E) mixed with 2X10<-7>mol./l potassium ferricyanide, adjusted with 0.2mol./l carbonic acid buffer solution containing 6X10<-3>mol./l luminol to pH9.8 and, after 15sec is passed, (F) luminescence amount for 16-45sec is measured.
