PURPOSE:To prevent the dust removed by a cleaning part from being again adhered to the surface of a product or from again entering a printing part even when said dust naturally falls, by upwardly inclining the feed path feeding the product from the cleaning part to the printing part. CONSTITUTION:A transfer apparatus 24 is formed so as to be upwardly inclined from the part opposed to a separator 23, and a cleaning part 26 and a printing part 39 are successively provided from below toward an unloader part 22 in the vicinity of the inclined part of the transfer apparatus 24. The feeder 38 positioned on a magazine 28 is driven to successively feed IC packages 29 one at a time from the magazine 28 toward the separator 23 by the pawls 32a provided to the outer periphery of the chain 32 of said feeder 30. Each of the IC packages 29 is carried to the cleaning part 26 by the pawls 25a in the transfer apparatus 24 and the dust on the surface of the IC package 29 is removed. Subsequently, printing is applied to the surface of the cleaned IC package 29 by a transfer roller 29. Next, the IC package 29 after printing is fed to the unloader part 22 by the pawls 35a of the transfer apparatus 24.
