PURPOSE:To shield a wire not from outside view and obtain the titled transparent plate having excellent decorativeness and good external appearance by combination of a transparent and opaque parts, by etching a transparent plate surface of wire net parts of a wire transparent plate by a mechanical or chemical etching method, etc., and finishing the transparent plate surface into a ground glass form. CONSTITUTION:The transparent plate surface 1' of metallic wire parts of wires 2 in a wire transparent plate 1, e.g. wire transparent flat glass or wire transparent resin plate, etc., prepared by filling wire net 2 for reinforcing or preventing scattering in almost the central part in the thickness direction is subjected to a mechanical etching work method, e.g. sandblasting, etc., chemical etching work method using a chemical, etc., or irradiation etching work method using laser beams, etc., used alone or together to partially finish the plate surface 1' into a ground glass surface or ground glass form 3.
