<p>PURPOSE:Specific grapes are squeezed and the juice is combined with ascorbic acid, stood for several months, then, the fresh grapes are dipped in the supernatant juice free from alcohol whereby the fresh grapes are stored for a long period of time, maintaining the good state and smell of the grapes. CONSTITUTION:Fresh grapes of 10-20 degree sugar concentration are rinsed, squeezed, simply filtered and the resultant grape juice is mixed with 0.1wt% ascorbic acid under sufficient agitation, then lay standing in a cold and dark place for 1-3 months and the supernatant is collected to obtain pure grape juice free from alcohol. Subsequently, well washed grapes of 10-20 degree sugar concentration are dipped in the juice and bottled in glass or plastic vessels or vacuum-packed in plastic pouches.</p> |
