PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency in forming work by providing an upper die master, lower die master and marking die on a metallic die and fastening the marking die detachably to at least one part of the both masters as well. CONSTITUTION:A pilot hole forming block 34 is formed between the upper die master 30 and lower die master 31 of a metallic die and a marking die 78 is arranged detachably via a stopper 78b and bolt 78c at the almost center part of a die plate 45 as well, namely just under the part 76 between the reference groove 46 and key groove 61 of a punch plate 44. A hoop stock 33 is guided into the metallic die and a marking 77 is transferred by a marking die 78. In the case of changing the shape and dimension of a product the marking die 78 is changed quickly and correctly via the bolt 78c and stopper 78b. The working efficiency is thus improved because of a forming work being simplified and facilitated in a multiform small amt. production.
