PURPOSE:To improve the cooling performance of a disc coil and to increase the power of a rotary electric machine by forming a cooling oil passage in a rotational shaft, forming a nozzle which is opened at the gap of a rotor to communicate with the passage, and injecting cooling oil from the nozzle port to the disc coil. CONSTITUTION:A cooling oil passage 19 is axially formed in a rotational shaft 3, opened at the other end projection 3b of the shaft 3, and connected to an oil feed tube 21 through a socket 20. Branch passages 22, 23 are formed radially in the passage 19, and opened at the outer surface of the shaft 3 disposed at a bearing 4. Further, an injection passage 26 communicates with the passage 19, extends radially of the shaft 3, opens at the gap 9 through the rotor, and the hole is formed at a nozzle port 27 opposed to the bore of the disc coil 11. |
