FLAT HEATING ELEMENT FOR INCORPORATION INTO VEHICLE SEATS

The manufacture of improved vehicle seats by laying the seat cover fabric and a flat heating element in a female mould of a vehicule seat and in situ foaming of this mould is made possible by the use of a flat support for the heating wire of the said element consisting of a large-aperture mesh made of plastic wires or plastic fibres which can be coated with plastic foam during the in situ foaming of the female seat mould without the porosity of the plastic foam being significantly altered.
