摘要 <p>A recombinant plasmid DNA pPR-IFNβ1-13, coding for synthesis of human β1-interferon has a size of 3.9 k.b.p. and consists of the following elements: BamHI-BglII, a fragment of a size of 3.4 k.b.p. of vector plasmid obtained on the basis of pPR40 and pML24, EcoRI-Sau3A, a fragment of plasmid pINβ-trp 7 of a size of 510 b.p. deposited on 12.01.87 under No. 1825 at the culture collection of the USSR Research Institute for Antibiotics. A method of construction of the above plasmid DNA comprises the preliminary construction of vector plasmid pPR124B, then the construction of intermediary plasmid pPR-IFNβ1-123 with the subsequent construction of plasmid pPR-IFNβ1-13. A strain of bacteria Escherichia coli VNIIGENETIKA VL 903 (pPR-IFNβ1-13) as producer of human β1-interferon deposited on 12.01.87 under No. 1825 at the culture collection of the USSR Research Institute for Antibiotics.</p>
